Select from available lots across six home styles. Each lot is pre-determined by style, the advantage of moving early is securing the best available lot within the home style you want, before it's gone.

Close & Move-In
Close when construction completes and your home receives its certificate of occupancy. The buyers who reserve now are positioned for spring and summer 2027 move-in.
